About Me

I am a sophomore at University of New Haven studying Criminal Justice with a concentration of Investigative Services. I plan to go into some branch of law enforcement, however, I do not know which one. I would also like to do something with children. I want to do foster care and maybe adopt a couple kids after I have my own.

I love animals, especially baby animals. I use to ride horses and work on a farm which was very interesting. I love to read, I am currently reading The Look-Alike by Erica Spindler, I can't explain what it is about because I am only a couple pages in, but it looked interesting. I recently learned how to crochet and I am going to make an afghan which is going to take a long time but it will keep me busy and I will do it while I am on break from work and in between my classes. I use to play soccer but since Covid happened, I haven't been able to pick it back up like I planned to last spring for the school's club team. I also use to play tennis in High School and during last year of college I learned to play racquet ball which was fun until, again, Covid happened. Since Covid started, I have also learned a new recipe or two, including how to cook fish.

I am taking this course because I am interested in learning how to blog and to create websites and the whole shebang. I want to learn how to properly and effectively get my thoughts across through creating websites and blogs and how to appropriately and effectively design both of them. I also needed an elective and this seemed the most interesting out of what was left, but I am genuinely interested once I read the description of the class to learn what is to come. I want to not just take the required classes for my major but I want to expand my horizons. I feel that this way I will stand out more for recruiters and I would be able to contribute something else that other candidates can't.
